We separate the corridors where a Muhibbah F&B team is working today from the ones we mobilise into on request. Both are real offers; only one comes with an operation already on the ground. Our electronics and semiconductor sites are in the Klang Valley and Johor. Negeri Sembilan is an active client region, and an electronics plant there is quoted and staffed on the same terms.

Are your canteen operations RBA audit-ready?
Yes. Our operations are built around RBA Code of Conduct requirements from onboarding: documented SOPs, training records, HIRARC risk assessments, worker welfare protocols, and supplier due diligence. We have supported semiconductor clients through RBA-VAP and client-led internal audits.
Can you align meal service to fab shift patterns?
Yes. We run 2-shift and 3-shift operations with breakfast, lunch, dinner, and supper service windows aligned to production schedules. Menu rotation, portion planning, and manpower are scoped to actual headcount per shift to avoid shortfalls and waste.
How do you handle confidentiality at fab sites?
All deployed staff sign site-specific NDAs. We comply with client security protocols including controlled-access onboarding, device policies, photography restrictions, and visitor management. Our supervisors are trained on fab-site confidentiality before deployment.
Do you cover Penang, Kulim, and Batu Kawan?
Not with a standing operation today, and we would rather say so than imply a team is already on the ground. Our electronics canteens run in the Klang Valley (Shah Alam and the Selangor industrial corridors) and in Johor (Senai, Pasir Gudang, Iskandar Puteri). We also run active client sites in Negeri Sembilan (Seremban, Bandar Enstek, Nilai), so the operations team and supply chain already reach that corridor. Penang (Bayan Lepas FIZ, Batu Kawan Industrial Park, Seberang Perai) is one of the eight states we serve and is mobilise-on-request: we quote and staff a site there case by case. Kulim Hi-Tech Park sits outside those eight states and is handled as a project mobilisation, assessed on daily headcount, shift pattern and audit scope.
Can you scale meal volume during production ramps?
Yes. Our operating model supports headcount changes during ramp cycles. We adjust menu, manpower, and procurement within agreed contractual variance bands and can provide scaling projections during the site assessment.
Are your food handlers Halal and KKM certified?
All food handlers are JAKIM Halal-trained and hold current KKM certification including typhoid and Hepatitis B screening. Halal integrity is maintained end-to-end from sourcing to service.
