Negeri Sembilan is where we run our round-the-clock work. A manufacturing facility in Seremban has us operating a subsidised cafeteria twenty-four hours a day for 1,200 staff: five meal services, every day, including the overnight supper that most operators quietly skip.
What a genuine 24-hour cafeteria involves
"Extended hours" and "24-hour" are not the same service. A plant running continuous shifts needs hot food at every handover, not a cold holding cabinet after 8pm. Our Seremban operation is built around that distinction.

A snack station and a live noodle station cover the gaps, which is what workers on a rotating roster actually need at 2am.
Employer-subsidised pricing
Staff pay a reduced price with the employer covering the balance. We track meal counts and report monthly so finance can reconcile against payroll.
The reporting side is the part buyers underestimate. A subsidy model only works if the meal count is accurate and arrives in a form the finance team can use without rework.
