Do you currently operate an automotive plant canteen in Malaysia?
No. We are not currently operating an automotive plant canteen. Our automotive experience is previous, not a live contract. What runs today are multi-shift industrial canteens of the same type and scale: electronics and semiconductor, FMCG, chemicals and industrial-products plants feeding 500 to 2,000-plus staff per shift across the Klang Valley, Johor, Negeri Sembilan and Perak, RBA and CSER audit-ready. Site references for those operations are available under NDA during procurement evaluation.
Are your operations IATF-friendly for automotive supplier audits?
Yes. While IATF 16949 is a quality standard for the production line itself, our food service operations are designed around the same documentation discipline: traceability records, supplier verification, training logs, and incident reporting structured for tier-1 supplier customer audits and OEM site visits.
Can you handle 2-shift and 3-shift production at an automotive plant?
Yes. Multi-shift is our standard operating model today. Breakfast at 06:00, lunch at noon, dinner at 18:00, supper at 23:00, midnight crossover meals. Menu rotation, portion planning, and crew schedules are built around your actual line shift pattern, not averaged.
How do you handle production ramp cycles and model changeovers?
Our contract framework supports headcount variance bands tied to production schedules. During ramp-up or model-change shutdowns, we adjust manpower, menu, and procurement scale within agreed bands without renegotiating the master contract.
What about confidentiality at automotive plants?
Our deployed staff sign site-specific NDAs and complete the site security onboarding at every plant we operate. New-model confidentiality, supplier-zone access, and visitor management protocols would be briefed to supervisors before deployment, the same restricted-area discipline our crews already work under in semiconductor and electronics plants.
Can you handle the Halal mix at automotive plants?
Yes. Most Malaysian automotive production teams are predominantly Muslim. JAKIM-certified halal is our default operating standard: no separate menus, no opt-outs. Multi-cuisine rotation accommodates Malay, Chinese, Indian, and Western preferences from a single halal-compliant kitchen line.
