The Challenge

The client had experienced multiple operator changes before engaging Muhibbah F&B, each switch disrupting staff satisfaction and compliance documentation. They needed a long-term specialist partner capable of consistent service quality, disciplined menu rotation to prevent staff boredom, and reliable compliance management without requiring active oversight from their own HR and facilities teams.

Our Approach

We built a dedicated in-house team at the site, backed by our central operations for procurement and compliance. A disciplined 30-day non-repeating menu rotation — refreshed quarterly based on staff feedback — addresses the menu fatigue common at long-running cafeterias. A live noodle station at lunch provides daily variety beyond the buffet rotation. We assumed full responsibility for kitchen staffing, including handling all turnover and replacement.
