The Challenge
The operator needed a specialist food service partner capable of delivering consistent multi-cuisine meals at scale to a large operational workforce. Guest-facing F&B teams needed to stay focused on guest experience rather than be distracted by internal staff meal operations, which had previously created capacity strain and inconsistent meal quality.
Our Approach
We deployed a dedicated kitchen team operating independently from the theme park’s guest F&B outlets. A rotating 30-day menu covering Asian, Western, Vegetarian and Healthy options was designed to reflect the workforce demographics. Multiple serving stations — buffet, ala-carte, Western counter and Daily Special counter — gave staff meaningful choice without extending service time. Internal catering for training sessions, meetings and corporate events was built into the contract at no additional per-event billing.
