Are you RBA / CSER audit-ready?
Yes. Documented SOPs, worker welfare records, supplier traceability, training logs, and HIRARC risk assessments are maintained from onboarding so client RBA-VAP and CSER audits run cleanly. Many of our clients are RBA-member electronics MNCs — our operating bar is built around that scope.
What is the minimum factory size you take on?
On-site canteen: 100+ workers per shift typically makes a dedicated kitchen viable. Smaller sites (30–100 workers) we serve through our central kitchen supply model — bulk-cooked meals delivered hot for plating, no on-site kitchen required.
How fast can you mobilise a factory canteen?
Standard mobilisation runs 3–6 weeks from contract. Fast-track takeovers from an incumbent operator can complete in 2 weeks if the kitchen infrastructure is operational. Greenfield sites needing equipment, JAKIM certification, and full crew recruitment typically take 8–12 weeks.
