Our canteens run today in the Klang Valley (Shah Alam and the Selangor corridors), Johor (Senai, Pasir Gudang), Negeri Sembilan (Nilai, Bandar Enstek) and Perak. Corridors such as Bayan Lepas FIZ, Batu Kawan, Kulim Hi-Tech Park and Gebeng are mobilise-on-request rather than places we already staff. Any production environment with 100+ daily on-site workforce and a need for halal-compliant multi-shift meal service.
Can you handle 24/7 multi-shift production?
Yes. Multi-shift is our default operating model. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper, and crossover meals aligned to actual shift handovers. Menu rotation, staffing, and procurement are scoped per shift, not averaged. Read our deeper take in the multi-shift canteen operations guide.
Are you RBA / CSER audit-ready?
Yes. Documented SOPs, worker welfare records, supplier traceability, training logs, and HIRARC risk assessments are maintained from onboarding so client RBA-VAP and CSER audits run cleanly. Many of our clients are RBA-member electronics MNCs. Our operating bar is built around that scope.
What is the minimum factory size you take on?
On-site canteen: 100+ workers per shift typically makes a dedicated kitchen viable. Smaller sites (30–100 workers) we serve through our central kitchen supply model: bulk-cooked meals delivered hot for plating, no on-site kitchen required. Where a plant has no viable kitchen at all, we will set up and run a dedicated production kitchen to serve it.
How fast can you mobilise a factory canteen?
Standard mobilisation runs 3–6 weeks from contract. Fast-track takeovers from an incumbent operator can complete in 2 weeks if the kitchen infrastructure is operational. Greenfield sites needing equipment, JAKIM certification, and full crew recruitment typically take 8–12 weeks.
Where do you operate factory canteens in Malaysia?
Client sites are running today in the Klang Valley and Selangor, Johor (Pasir Gudang, Senai, Iskandar Puteri), Negeri Sembilan (Bandar Enstek, Nilai) and Perak, including the Lumut petrochemical corridor. Penang (Bayan Lepas, Prai), Melaka (Batu Berendam, Ayer Keroh) and Pahang (Gebeng) are part of the eight states we serve but have no standing operation. We quote and mobilise there case by case.
