The Challenge
Before engaging us, the hospitality group’s staff meals were prepared by the same kitchen team handling guest F&B. This split focus was creating operational friction — guest food quality occasionally suffered during peak staff meal preparation windows, and staff meal variety was secondary to guest menu priorities. The group wanted a complete operational separation that returned the guest F&B team’s full attention to guest experience.
Our Approach
We set up a fully independent staff dining operation with its own kitchen team, menu programming and supervision. A multi-cuisine rotation reflecting the hospitality workforce demographics ensures staff meals stay interesting day-to-day. Festive programming for Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali and Christmas gives the operation cultural relevance without additional planning burden on the client’s HR team. Our operations run entirely outside the client’s guest F&B workflow.
